Privacy notice

How Kosit Aesthetics Clinic uses the personal information you give us through this website, and the rights you have.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

About this notice

This notice explains how Kosit Aesthetics Clinic ("we", "us") collects and uses personal information when you use this website, send us a consultation request or contact form, email us or call us.

If you become a client, information about your health and treatment is collected at your consultation and kept in your clinical record. We will explain how that information is handled when you attend.

Who we are

Kosit Aesthetics Clinic is responsible for the personal information described in this notice. You can contact us by email at info@kositaesthetics.co.uk, by phone on 07464 559356, or by post at Kosit Aesthetics Clinic, 113 Peckham High Street, London SE15 5SE.

Information we collect through this website

When you send a consultation request, we collect:

  • your full name, email address and telephone number;
  • the type of appointment you are asking for and, if you choose, the treatment you are interested in;
  • your preferred date and time of day, if you give them;
  • any message you choose to add; and
  • your confirmation that you are 18 or over.

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if you give it), the topic of your enquiry and your message.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the website and keep it secure. To protect our forms from misuse, your IP address is also briefly checked in an anonymised (hashed) form; it is not stored.

Information we do not ask for online

We do not ask for medical history, photographs or identity documents through this website. Please do not include health information in your message — we will discuss anything personal privately at your consultation. If you do share health information with us, we will use it only to respond to you and will treat it as confidential.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange your appointment, at your request.
  • To send you an email confirming that we have received your request or message.
  • To keep this website and our forms secure and prevent misuse.

We use your information on the basis that it is necessary to take steps at your request before providing our services, and for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our website securely. We do not use your information for marketing, and we never sell it.

The treatment you are interested in may say something about your health. We use it only to prepare for your consultation and handle it with particular care.

How your information is handled

This website does not store form submissions in a database. When you submit a form, your details are sent by email to the clinic and a confirmation is emailed to you. We use the following service providers, who act on our instructions:

  • Vercel — hosts this website;
  • Resend — delivers the emails generated by our website forms; and
  • our email provider — holds the clinic's inbox, where your enquiry is received.

We do not share your information with anyone else unless we are required to by law.

International transfers

Some of our service providers process information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where this happens, your information is protected by the safeguards required by UK data protection law.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as we need them to respond to you and arrange or provide your care, and then delete them. If you become a client, your records are kept in line with the retention arrangements explained at your consultation.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to ask for it to be transferred to you or someone else. To make a request, please contact us using the details above. We will respond within one month.

Under-18s

Our services are for adults aged 18 and over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

How to complain

If you have a concern about how we use your information, please contact us first so that we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
