Requesting an appointment
You can request an appointment using our online consultation form or by calling 07464 559356. An online request is not a confirmed booking — we will contact you by phone or email to agree a time, and your appointment is confirmed once we have done so.
Consultation first
Every treatment begins with a consultation, where we discuss your goals, assess your suitability and explain the options, risks, alternatives and costs. There is no obligation to go ahead, and you are welcome to take time to decide.
Who we see
Our services are for adults aged 18 and over.
Fees
We will tell you about the cost of your treatment, and about any fee or deposit that applies, before your appointment is confirmed.
Changing or cancelling an appointment
If you need to rearrange or cancel, please contact us as early as possible on 07464 559356 or at info@kositaesthetics.co.uk, so that we can offer the time to someone else.
If you are running late, please call us so that we can let you know whether your appointment can still go ahead.
If we need to make a change
If we ever need to rearrange your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative.
