Consultations
3 questionsDo I need a consultation before having a treatment?
Yes. Every treatment journey starts with a consultation. It gives us the opportunity to understand your goals, review your medical history, assess your suitability and explain the options, risks, alternatives and costs.
There is no obligation to go ahead, and you are encouraged to take time to consider the information before deciding.
What happens at a consultation?
We will talk through what you would like to change and why, ask about your health and any medication, and carry out an assessment of the area concerned.
If a treatment may be suitable, your practitioner will explain what it involves, the expected recovery, the realistic range of outcomes, the risks and the alternatives — including not having treatment.
Is there a minimum age?
Yes. We only see clients aged 18 and over.
Treatments & results
2 questionsWill my results look natural?
Our approach is enhancement rather than transformation: treatments are planned around your existing features with the aim of a subtle, balanced result.
Everyone responds differently, so individual results vary. We will discuss what is realistic for you before any treatment is agreed.
How much do treatments cost?
You can see our prices on our price list. Because every plan is individual, the total cost depends on your assessment and the treatment agreed. Your practitioner will explain the full cost before you decide whether to go ahead.
Aftercare & concerns
1 questionWhat should I do if I have a concern after treatment?
Contact the clinic as soon as possible using the details in your aftercare information, and follow the advice given to you after treatment.
If you have severe or worsening pain, changes in skin colour around the treated area, any change in your vision, or difficulty breathing, seek urgent medical help immediately — call 999 or go to A&E — and let the clinic know.
Booking & appointments
2 questionsIs my appointment confirmed when I submit a request online?
Not yet. The online form sends your request and preferred times to the clinic. We will then contact you to confirm an appointment time or suggest an alternative.
How do I cancel or rearrange an appointment?
Please contact the clinic by phone or email as early as possible, so that we can rearrange your appointment and offer the time to someone else.
Your information
1 questionWhy don't you ask for medical details on the consultation form?
To protect your privacy, we only ask for the information needed to arrange your appointment. Your medical history is discussed and recorded privately at your consultation.
